At Mannat, we strive to ensure you love your fashion finds, but if you are not completely satisfied, you may return your items within 30 days of delivery. All returned garments must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags still attached to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Log in to your Mannat account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization.
Pack Your Items
Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and security seals are intact to prevent damage during transit.
Ship the Package
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects and approves your return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
